I write about mental health and wellness because my journey required me to address as many of these issues were affecting me. I’ve always believed things can and do get better when you give these issues the time, attention, and effort they need.
My personal mental health journey has taken me light-years ahead of where I used to be. I’ve been in those places where many people feel they’re alone with no way out.
The transformation my mind has gone through is something I don’t take for granted and has fueled my passion for everyone’s mental well-being.
I’ve always enjoyed writing, and naturally, I put the two together, and that’s how I came to be a freelance mental health and wellness writer.
